Starting a journey to a monster dick. I have never done PE in my life and never knew it existed. I found this website about a month ago and have been motivated and impressed by the gains and journeys of the people here. It has motivated me to get myself a length master and a sillistretcher, to tool myself up for my tool.

my routing will be length first then girth. I want to work up to 2x daily with the length master with 4-6 hours per day inthe silistretcher. I am expecting 2 years of hard work to gain 2 inches in length and 1 inch in girth.I am going to be working the newbie routine. I am not able to do all the stretches in a set yet as my logs are super tight. Looking forward to the workout tips and tricks. Let’s get some gains!
 
I love this! I’m pleased that you’re going for length first because you have all the equipment you need to do the full length portion of the SRT. I’m not sure if you’ve had a chance to read through SRT but I suggest you do and once you have come back and ask any questions you may have. At that point I can help you put a routine together that will fit into your schedule and utilize the equipment you have in the best way. Let me know

I am using the length master and focusing on effective stretches and I am sore for 2 days afterword. Also I have 2 thrombosed veins I am treating and I think it is because I am cramping to hard in the lm. Thanks for all the help

Wow, I’m so sorry my brother about the thrombosis but it happens to the best of us and we learn from it. I’m very happy that you’re focused on your lengthmaster work as this is the most powerful way to gain length. How are you wrapping for your LM work? I wanna make sure you don’t get any more issues with thrombosis.
 
I am wrapping using the small durosleeve and the Coban I am still experimenting and will use an ace wrap with the durosleeve overtop today

that’s what it’s all about James, experimenting in finding what works best for you. That’s the main reason I started a wrapping forum because there were so many different styles of wrapping. So make your own and add to the collection but you’ll get it just remain patient with yourself.

I am on able to go 2 rounds of 2 newbie stretches today with 3 hours in the silistretcher gonna have to work up to 2 rounds of full newbie stretches. I know I grew today yippee

this is such incredible news and I’m so glad you asked for help or you would never have gotten to this point. I hope other brothers see that asking questions can be extremely beneficial. As you continue with the LM you’re going to find such intense stretches that they will blow your mind.
 
Update I spent last week getting into the lengthmaster amazing. I was able to do 2 30 minute workouts for 3 days 1 30 minute workout for the other 2 days and at least 4-6 hours in the silistretcher. I then use the silisleeve for another 3 hours after that to cement gains. How important is it to sleep with the silo sleeve on? I am thinking about making that jump but don’t know yet?
I want to get to 2 30 minute workouts with 4 hours silistretcher throughout the day for 5 days this week. The 5 days on 2 days off seem to work or me. I keep the silo sleeve on as much as I can through the weekend and let my sore dick heal. I am continuing to focus on each stretch making them more intense and longer. I am getting addicted to the lm like no other and miss it on the weekends, but this will keep me hungry for results. This week is going to be big gains for me. Let’s get growing

This all sounds great and I want to give you a little bit of advice on keeping stretch marks at bay. Get yourself a tube of hydrocortisone And use that every day after you train and stretch marks will not happen.

Last week did 1 workout per day with length master and sili stretcher at least 5 hours per day. The soreness definitely has set in but working through it. I am getting to a point of sustainable work. 5 days on 2 days off seems ideal to let me heal.

Is the soreness mostly around your base of your penis?
 
Yes and also in the shaft. It feels like I have worked out super hard on my dick. I think it is normal, it goes away after my 2 days off.

on a second note I have been studying long stretch work and am very impressed. I have decided this week to start measuring for percent of strain during my workouts. I will post the results at the end of the week. Do you know of any other newbies who have done this I would like to compare data?

I started to follow longstretch lead and measure percent of strain for my 5 days on. I actually put a dot right below my head to have an accurate measurment placement for each measurement. I start off by measuring my starting measurement then beginning with my ss for at least one hour. I use a rice sock to heat and cool for a coupe of rounds to warm up. I take my second measurement right before my LM workout which lasts 40 minutes. I take my third measurement after that workout and back in SS. I take the last measurement after 1 hour in silistretcher. It is amazing to see where the gains come from. I have actually changed my routine to have 45 second stretches in the lengthmaster to take advantage of time under tension. I plan to update this log weekly. Here is my data starting after 2 days off.

I’m very pleased that you’re using this method because long stretch never finished so it’s gonna be great to have somebody take up the torch and see where you can go with this. When I first started thinking about it I didn’t really understand it but as time went on it started to make more and more sense. Definitely give it a shot and keep really good track
 
I just encounters my first setback of blistered from the silistretcher. I will bacitracin for a few days and see how it works. My silica broke on me and I think this was the issue. I will have to see if hanging will allow me to continue the consistent stretch for a week. Adapt and overcome the journey continues

Yes you can continue to stretch flaccid with no problems. Allow the blisters to drain on their own, do not pop them. Use a hot compress 2 to 3 times a day and it will drain on it’s own very quickly. I say don’t poppet because if you do you’ll end up with a scar. I know it’s frustrating but be patient, use the hot compress and bacitracin and you’ll be back in shape in no time

I think a lot of this is due to newby gains but gains are coming. I am not going to analyze the day as there are only 2 weeks of it. I have been consistent with my silistretcher and lengthmaster only 1xdaily. Sometimes I get gains from the silistretcher sometimes from the lengthmastech. Looking forward to another 4 weeks with Friday updates.

Congratulations on the growth! You must feel great and my advice is to take that feeling and ride it into the next gain you make. As a newbie once we see growth our resolve becomes very firm and the realization will bring much enthusiasm to training.
 
Starting month 2 goals will be
Bpfl of 22 a 3 cm growth
Bpel of 20 cm a 2 cm growth

these are significant gains but I do not want to limit myself by my bias. Once these numbers are attained i will start developing a girth routine using the same principles of time under tension and percent stretch. The am going to rework my sleeves on the weekend to keep extended at least 8 hours per day to minimize my healing loss. This should give me more to work with as a starting point and in theory I keep the percentage of strains the same my gains will increase. I will keep all updated as I go. Let’s get some gains, 2021 year of big gains

When you say goes numb how long does this last?
 
It will last for about a half an hour after stretching. The numbness is in the ligs and shaft usually after about 20 minutes in stretching with the lm

That’s perfectly safe and expected. To quicken this I suggest you do some deep tissue massage which will also help bring the feeling back
 
This week is what I would consider a good solid week of PE. The wraps were working well on the LM and the silistretcher was good to go. I got all 5 days in and hit my personal best on stretch by .3 cm. I wanted to close the gap between my starting stretch and ending stretch measurement so I worked on my sili sleeve to keep me more elongated while healing . This showed up in the numbers as well. I am thinking that this will keep my flaccid much better in line with my gains.

this is progression is starting measurement, after 1 hour silistretcher, after 30 min lm, after 1 hour silistretcher. It is interesting sometimes I make great gains with the silo stretched sometimes with the length master. Just goes to show that both types is stretching intense and less intense for longer periods of time are needed. I can tell you my ligs and dick were above average sore all the way through the week and I had a little soreness in the morning after healing. So far this intensity is producing decent results and it is very maintainable. Looking forward to a strong next week let’s get growing

You bet it is very beneficial to see if I am effective plus also I can use a data based feedback on if I need more rest or need new exercises. I ordered a size genetics extender as I want to see how longer time under tension works.

You can do a lot of cool experimentation with the SG. It’s probably the best traction stretcher available. You may want to look into picking up the VLC as an attachment for your SG as it is very comfortable and it makes putting an on and off very quickly, within 30 seconds. Otherwise taking it off and putting it on would take you five minutes.
 
I will look into that. I was only able to get 3 days in with data and will post tomorrow. I worked hard for those 3 days and I was incredibly sore for 3 days afterword. I am experimenting with both the lm and the Sg stretchers and those two combined will about pull my dock off. My eq was way down until the last day of rest. I have been sleeving for 12 hours per day to keep healing in the extended state. I have wanted to PE the entire 4 days and had to force myself to not. Slow and steady it’s a marathon. I am going to have 4 days to train this week, and then the next 3 weeks is going to be spotty for privacy. I am working on the best stealth PE for me and believe it will be the SG and sleeves right now. I will keep my lm close by if I am able to find 30 min to get a workout in but it will be sporadic at best. There will be challenges but I am patient I am bringing 2020 to a close strong and will be working 2021 hard for big gains. Merry Christmas everyone

So I got 4 days of measurement in last week.I am working the size genetics extender and want to get 7 hours per day in that. I believe I have progressed to being able to do some work on the weekends and tried it this weekend with 4 hours per day of size genetics. I put good tension on but nothing out of this world. I think it went well but will post measurements on Friday.

15.7 is the best measurement I have gotten so I know I am getting some gains. The am not to hopefull of my Jan 15 measurement but I know I am working the right direction. I am going to keep the extenders on and keep working forward. Iam trusting this process. I amvery motivated and love doing PE. I find on my days off I really miss it and have to stop myself. Slow progression of intensity. I am going to work the extender and see how that goes. To the year of big gains let’s get them gains

I want to optimize the schedule I wear it to 12 hours 5 days per week and am experimenting with the silistretcher extreme on the weekends. I am loving the results. Still hard to believe I am actually growing my dick. To the year of big gains 2021

I take the initial measurement pre training. Then I will put on ads or extender for 1 hour. I the take another measurement after my lm workout which is about 1/2 hour, then finish up after extender work for the day

I did wear it for 4 hours per day for 3 days over the weekend to see how it works and was able to come up with a wrapping solution that worked well. I am going to do a couple days of silistretcher work with 1 lm session to see if I can up those gains a bit. My prediction is going to be the combination of lm and silistretcher for me will get me into a better percent strain. The sg did cement gains very well and my starting length is well above where I was. The stretch is intense and consistent but there is a lot more fiddling with it and it is harder to conceal. I want to see if the lm will come through and provide room for future growth.

Why are use the SG when you have the SS? The SS is a far better tool in every way.

I drank the coolaid. I like the Sg platform and when I don’t have privacy i I was hoping to have consistent strain. If you have complete privacy and just want to do computer work I think this would be a good option. Still experimenting with different methods. It is also good if day you get a blister and can’t do ss work it would be a good fall back for extension with tension

It is definitely very powerful in that sense. I think it’s a great active device for gaining length. If you’re not moving you can get incredible intensity.
 
Well brothers just wanted to update. My privacy has been way down so my measuring stopped last week. I have been logging at least 8 hours per day in the silistretcher at moderate tension and I have been keeping up with the newbie routine for 30 min in the lengthmaster. I have a trip planned to Jamaica coming up in April and want to make a goal for the trip. I am coming up on my 90 day measurement and hope to be at least 18.5 cm. My short term goal for Jamaica is going to be 20.5 cm. I want to take my trip with an 8 inch dick. This will be a gain of a little less than an inch in 90 days. This will be my 6 months anniversary and I plan on taking an15 day Decon afterword. I am still developing a routine around the silo stretcher and the lengthmaster, I think I will do 2 30 minutes sessions lm and log at least 8 hours per day silistretcher. What do you guys think will this give me the length I need in 90 days? Open for suggestions thanks for the help.
 
I think so to I have seen my best stein results with it that and the lengthmaster have been the best tools so far

The only two things you will ever need to make the best length games possible are the Lengthmaster and SiliStretcher. With these two devices you can do the entire length portion of SRT. Today marks my 90 days of PE and since last measurement I have gained .4 cm bpfl and gained. This brings me to my current measurement of 18.5 bpel and 19.4 bpfl.

I have gained overall a 2cm gain on erect and a 3.4 cm gain on flaccid length.

lessons learned.Keep consistent with work outs everyday just make it a part of your routine, don’t beat yourself up for mistakes, and for goodness sake put the ruler away. I found I am having way more fun not measuring and focusing on the stretches and not measurements.
 
So as if today i will be starting. Personal challenge of 12 weeks. I need to gain 2 cm both in bpfl and bpel. That is a consistent gain of .17 cm per week, a huge undertaking. I want to get past a major milestone of 8 inches and this is my push to do so. My routine consists of silistretcher 8-10 hours per day every day. Lenghthmaster stretching of 6 minutes of bundled stretches and 24 minutes of stretching all direction per session. I want to get up to 2 sessions or an hour per day of lengthmaster stretching something. I have yet to do. Year of 2021 big gains for me 8 inches watch out here I come

I am going to hit 1 hour per day of lengthmaster and 10 hours per day of silo stretcher for the 4 days, then hit the passive silistretcher this weekend. Let’s get gaining!

This looks like an incredible life routine! Make sure you’re getting the three proper stretches and being expressive stretching, bundled stretching and erect stretching. Simply work them in to what you’re doing and they will help you gain from different angles

Lengthmaste stretches
10 min bundles all directions
20 minute newbie holding for 1 minute per stretch

I do this 2 times a day plus where the silistretcher for about 9 hours. I use 1 of my sessions for expressive stretchingwith the length master towards the bottom of my shaft. My 1 inch by April goal is going to happen. My motivation is high and my commitment is high let’s get growing
