I've hit a plateau or my fat pad is blocking my new gains from showing

Simply how much erect penis is hidden to the base. I have quite a bit now... I have gained unwanted weight being stuck in a room with nothing to do
Losing weight is super easy if you just know the mechanics of it.

I would recommend finding a style of intermittent fasting that suits you guys. It's by far the easiest way to go about it in my opinion and I've worked with a lot of clients when I was a personal trainer for 10 years. Let me know if you need any guidance! We will get rid of that fat pad in a matter of months!

It is really the best. Also have so many other health benefits aside of losing or keeping weight off.

What kind of fasting arrangement did you go by? Myself I'm always fasting 16-18 hours then eat two meals within an 6-8 hour window.

No problem brother.

Start by reading up a little on the subject. You will be amazed by the many healthy aspects of it.

Biggest for me is mental clarity and better energy. Also my digestive system and metabolism is on point.

Obviously it's up to you how you wanna structure it but for me it's easiest to always skip breakfast, eat first meal around 14:00 and second meal around 21:00-22:00. First meal being a bit smaller and lighter (less carbs) and for dinner a bigger meal with whatever I want (but always choose good clean raw materials) I once in a while have a cheat meal that's nothing you have to worry about if u just stick to the protocol.

The basis of it is you will have your body in a fasted state for longer hours then fed. That will make your body get rid of more fatcells.
Also you will probably eat 1-2 less meals a day (if u usually eat 3-4 for example) and that in itself will make it much easier to be in a caloric deficit (as long as you don't over do it on some super high caloric foods). Being in a caloric deficit is what makes you lose weight.

Would also recommend to take daily walks for at least 30 minutes

Here is a good pic I found. I wouldn't call it a diet however, more a healthy natural lifestyle for the body.

I mean when we were cavemen, you think we would eat 5 times a day? Hell no, we were in a fasted state during the majority of the day. And our body hasen't changed since these times, just the availability of foods...

Thanks so much. I've read up on it. I have to make sure that, when I eat, it has to be food that are rich in protein/vegetables. I have to avoid the fatty stuffs. When you said once in a while I need to eat cheat meals, is that once in a week? Do I need to drink any tea like lemon or something like that?

During the fasting hours, do I need to drink water or stay without water? Any tea too?

So, I eat 12pm afternoon and 4pm evening. 12pm, light meal and 4 pm heavy meal but both are low calorie diets

Yes, you are thinking right about that you should eat protein rich and vegetable rich meals. About fat, fat is actually really good for you provided it's GOOD fats. Like fatty fish, avocado, egg yolk, olive oil, coconut oil, nuts etc. The fats you want to avoid is saturated fat from primarily processed foods. Always try to avoid processed foods, it's really bad for you.

No, you don't need to eat cheat meals but if you do it once a week it's nothing to worry about.

During fasting you should always drink a lot of water. Tea, coffee and lemon is also OK provided you drink it raw without any sugars or milk. Because if u use milk or sugar for example, then you will break the fast.

Yes if you go by that arrangement that's terrific, you will then fast 20h a day. Just make sure it's sustainable for you. Maybe start out by just fasting 16 hours and then after a week you can do 18 hours (or even 20 if you want). Some people can get by by just eating ONE big meal every 24 hours. I like to include one additional smaller meal to that, however.
