I don't have a proper routine at the moment, but I do do a bit of stretching, and mostly in the downward direction. For a while now, in the flaccid state I've noticed a horizontal line, like a crease-mark, that's always there running across the width of the penis about 1/2 a cm below the attachment point of the penis to the body. It's quite clear in the mirror, and it's the kind of mark that would be left in your skin by a string or wire pressing against it, except that it's always there, and I'm not wearing anything there that would account for it.
I guess I ought to take proper BPFL measurement for the future, but I'm still wondering if this sounds familiar to anyone else.
