Is it just me?

4 days off will allow every temporary expansion to fade away. If you want to get genuine girth measurement, you will have to take 4 days off and then measure. Most of those girth you claim to have gained are temporary.
Thanks. I'm not ever taking that amount of time off seriously. Least for a while.
 
How long did it take you to gain one inch in girth? And what routine did you use?
I do not have a routine but I am implementing SRT into my training. I work two on one off. I do pump (2 cylinders/1 for girth) hang with LG hanger stand, use a Mosred for warmup and healing, Length Master, Silistretcher (for at least 16 hours daily generally), take supplements including MOSTitan, use a cockring after girth, use a 4x labs with velcro straps and mini quad setup, etc. Some days I do PE unbothered for 5 hours straight. I'm also a bodybuilder and do cardio x3 a week.

That’s a whole Lotta stuff are you implementing these directly into the SRT routine or have you varied and changed it to customize it?

Yes I'm following and implementing all of the new SRT stuff but it takes time to learn the new exercises (and all the new devices). There are days after my basic routine is done: pumping, hanging, jelqing, stretching,... that I will then just pick something to focus on for hours. Could be hanging for sets or jelqing and edging for hours. In two weeks I will be done with my equipment purchasing. I would love then to send you a list of my gear and amount of time that I have to use said gear, and see what a routine designed around these things look like according to DLD. I'm fascinated by the amount of time and dedication you put out when there was not really a need. I started small so I'm ferocious in my own way and just as determined.

Thanks DLD. SRT broken down to days and hours. Like what to do on a Monday with a minimum of 2 hours. What would I do with four hours open that same Monday? Possibly six hours perhaps. Like a regular schedule that includes blocks of hours for additional work also but for a week. It will be a few weeks till I complete my PE collection. Silistretcher hardcore belt, scale, and Penilizer is already on its way and next week getting a power J gym and BM Hydroextreme 7. It's difficult to formulate such a routine when everything is new and a learning experience at this time but I'm in a position where I can put in a lot of PE work hours and money is not a limitation.

it sounds confusing and complicated but once you have everything and I break it down for you it’ll make a lot more sense and it will seem so much more simple. We will utilize everything you have to the best of its ability.

This is so true. Not until recently, I started telling myself that, I need to stop worrying about the future and just work on making the moment better. A lot of people are depress today because they worry about the future instead of staying in the moment.
