Is anyone else unhappy with Vimax?

I received something called the andropenis. This [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is different from the one seen on the Vimax website. The biggest problem with it is that it does not have any tension markers on the rods to tell you how much tension you are using. The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] advertised on their website clearly has these markers. I have tried to talk to someone at Vimax regarding this and they keep telling me to email their manager. I feel like I am getting the runaround. Has anyone else had this same problem? Can anyone tell me if I have the right product? Any recomendations on another product that any of you have had good results with? Thank you.

People have different opinions on this. DLD likes fast one to two second jelq strokes. I like mine slower and more methodical because I like to combine my jelq stroke with a downward intense stretch at the end of the jelq stroke. So the whole thing might last three to five seconds--somewhere in that range. Why don't you try it both ways and see which one works best for you? It's all trial and error, you know.

I will have Chris look at this thread. He is the rep that handles the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] orders. He is a really good guy so you should have no problems. The thing with VIMAX is they are associated with most of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] companies like [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]JES[/words], Andro and others so occasionally people do get a different brand. This is usually not an issue because all [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] are virtually the same as they are all made by the same company. I see your problem with this [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and I know Chris will come through, he always does.

Thanks for the response. I looked at the photos you had. That is not the product I received either. The manual for mine uses measurements of errections to calculate tension. This is confusing because it doesn't specify wether to use bone pressed or non bone pressed measurements. This can make a huge difference in the amount of tension that is actually being applied.

That is very strange, the bpfls length, bpel measurements in comparision to your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] stretch length can vary very much.
In the beginning you may stretch shorter than your el, and be at 1200g, when you after your penis gets used to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] stretches up to 1" longer that your EL, while still being at the same [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] 1200g.

That´´s why it is extremly important to have a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] measuring scale on your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

Just a little update. I finally spoke with the "manager" at Vimax today regarding this problem. She was very rude and not helpful. She said that I am mistaken and received the correct product. When I asked her about the tension markers, she had no idea what I was talking about. I had to describe them to her while she was looking at the Vimax website. She then told me that I must be mistaken, however after reading other posts in this forum, I don't believe I am the only one with this problem. I asked her if I could return it for a new one, she said no. I asked her if I could return it since it was not the same product that they advertised, she said no, because I was mistaken. So much for their money back guarantee. I am going to ship it back anyway and hope for the best. I would rather lose the $150.00 than continue using a product that I feel is unsafe. I strongly believe that the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] without the tension markers are not just ineffective, but unsafe to use. Needless to say, I am still unhappy with Vimax.
