I know that the purple dye used to mark the fingers of the Iraqi voters was permanent to avoid multiple voting by the same individual. I'm wondering if the dye was also permanent because the Immans knew that the iraqi men would be going back home and have a celebratory jelquing session, and they didn't want them to stain their cocks purple by doing so?
