Don't know if this has been discussed before, but there is a fairly new book out (released in Oct 2005) called "Hung" by author Scott P. Bryant that examines the public fascination of penis size debate and myth (mainly with regards to African American men) that exists in American culture.
In just flipping through some of the chapters and excerpts, it seems as if the book is a rather good one and is well researched, rather than basing many assumptions and facts on heresay, as can often be the case with this subject. A good read/pick-up for anyone interested...........
