Following a pe session or some bending, but mostly stretching, I have an elevated black spot on the shaft of my penis. There is no pain. Has anyone had this? what does it mean?

If its elevated it sounds like a blood blister. Have you trapper some skin at all, or gripped really hard? I got some thing similar while doing an intense horse 440 and uli session. It went after a day or two. If theres no pain I wouldnt worry about it too much mate.
