I currently do 2 sets of compression hanging 14pounds for 15 minutes X2 on the morning and at night. In between I vacuum extend using a stretcher with 4-10 pounds throughout the whole day and before I start my last compression hanging session I use my bathmate for 20 minutes with 5 minute intervals. I wear a silicap2.0 while I go to sleep, would wearing it overnight help cement my gains? I apply bathmate max out and aloe gel and let it absorb a bit before doing so

This is speculation but you have pursued PE past 2 years, I presume. I can understand why you are high up in the hanging weights. Even so, that is still pretty high in weights. If you are just within the first year, that is quite a bit high for weight hanging. Of course, everyone has a precondition that they requires high weight loading for hanging.

The SiliCap for overnight does help to provide compression for the glans. The makes your glans goes under compressive state and not flaccid expansion state during healing. You want your glans to relax and not under compression. It will be nice under expansion state during sleep, but that is not advisable since a wrong move can cause deep vein thrombosis and a massive blood clot that can kill you. If you want cementing, find the loosest wrapping method to allow blood flow while keeping the penis elongated. It will take a bit of a learning curve to find that proper overnight wrapping. Perform this wrapping experiment during the day until you have it mastered.

This all looks good to me.The only suggestion I have is when you do your pumping, do five minutes of pumping and combine that with five minutes of the SSJ.

    @Toutdoudou I went to various nudist beaches in the past as well, and bathhouses or hot springs all over the world where all sexes were welcomed. This was both indoor and outdoor. If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
