dld please i have some questions
when i do the stretches

- the penis must be almost erect or flaccid
- the intensity (I pull slowly and every week I increase the intensity or I can start to stretch too hard)
- and my extender also stronger or very slowly after I increase the intensity
 
When stretching you want your penis to be completely flaccid with the exception of doing the erect stretches. Go with maximum intensity, it’s very hard to hurt your penis by stretching. You need to use enough intensity that you can make growth happen. Let me put it this way I’ve never met a man who could stretch hard enough to hurt themselves. As a matter of fact the reason I invented be Lengthmaster Was because men could not stretch hard enough.

You should wear your extender for 2 to 3 hours a day at full intensity and then two or three hours a day at light intensity to heal.

before I did the stretching in half-erect state
so i do bullshit
 
Stretching erect or semi erect is actually very good at the attaining length. As you grow you will notice there is a difference between your erect bone-pressed length and your flaccid stretched bone-pressed length. In order to close that gap you need to do some erect stretching. So I suggest that everybody does all basic stretching when flaccid. But once the three times a week you should do erect stretching to help close the gap.
