I came back to start the PE more seriously tomorrow will be my first day and I hope this time really advanced because I'm tired of starting and stopping each time

I want my life to change, exactly I see no gains and for that I give up every time I want a change
 
How to be motivated even if I don't see results
How to have continuity


I found motivation in here, regular posting, seeing brothers get gains, knowing if they can do it then I can, also keeping in your head that this shit doesn't come easy.

I'll admit sometimes to see gains you've gotta go the extra mile, up the intensity, I used to think I was nailing my sessions but if I compare to nowadays I was prob hardly making a dent into growth back then.

5 minute Warming up
Stretch all directions 30 seconds,,
Straight Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks X3
2 minutes Erect stretching
Testecule massage
1 h proextender



I know my program is incomplete but I have just started and to get used to it because I am bored
So I add exercises each time to complete my program

There is no rush and that’s actually a really good idea because it allows you to completely master and exercise before you go on to the next. Keep adding as you can and I’ll keep watching. Excellent work my brother

This more than 4 months I train a week and I give up because I measure all the time and I do not see any gains and it stresses me and pushes me to give up

you know what I did? I threw every ruler and measuring device in the trash because I obsessive compulsive measuring. Once I got rid of the measuring items my stress level went down big-time which allowed me to gain so much easier.

this is vital to erection quality. Go to the newbie routine and look for the Kegel workout. This will quickly bring your EQ to 100%

(i can't get a strong erection and i have to watch adult entertainment and even though i will get an erection it won't even last 10 seconds)

10 seconds is better than no seconds. So just do it for the 10 seconds and re-stimulate yourself and go for another 10 seconds. Do you this for as long as it takes. I may also suggest that a small bit of Viagra really helps in the situations.

Viagra is not a physically dependent drug, so it will not harm you in that way. People may feel mentally dependent but that’s on them. Have no fear I used it for years and I didn’t use it for years and my penis performs just fine
