Is is possible to hang for girth at base and guarantee no length gain? I've heard of guys getting huge base girth from hanging.
Is there a certain kind of hanger I should use?
Should I hang high intensity, low duration, or low intensity, long duration? How much weight? How long and how many sets?
I'm a total newb to hanging. Never did it because I'm only after girth.
