I think I've gotten injury-phobia =(

I used to be calm when it came to the risks and the fear of hurting myself, but i've recently taken about a month and a half off, and now i can't seem to get started up again. I just keep picturing myself ripping the entire thing off, og maybe bursting the entire head during a jelq session.

I even re-read DLDs reassurance in the "booboo" section, but that didn't help either. I think it's because i keep having these mental images... Kinda feel like a crazy person here, seeing as i haven't had any really serious injuries. Maybe I feel like I'm overdue for one? =)

Anyone else have this problem, or any advise for me?

Um yeah me. BC i had problems when i upped my program. I started losing my nice hard erection i used to have. NOt only that but it looked smaller and my sex drive wasn't up as much. i took time off and went back to a lighter workout and iam feelin great now. Take it easy thats teh way to go man.
