sorry for late reply guys and thread x ........i was out of town and didnt have internet.....
now the details i will tell you what errors are coming when i pay...

the laws and policies of india regarding transactions have changed. by the resevere bank of india RBI
1. paypal-all outgoing transactions have been blocked by paypal for indian customers....im not being able to deposit money in account also

2. VCC- i tried making a VCC with HDFC bank but when i used it on site....a message comes --"unauthorized card for payment" and same message with paypal.
then i tried making entropay account as advised my someone.....but when i go to put amount in the card ..it has only 3 currencies US ,EUR,SGD but not INR or indian rupees...so when i am looking to link my indian bank account the option doesnt come for indian banks.....only foreign country banks come so there is no option for selection of my bank.....error comes "please select your bank account for top up of card" but they have not given an option for my bank

3. western union- in my country it is only allowed to receive transactions from abroad but not send

4. money order--similar ..not allowed

so the goverenment has made transactions very strict inorder to finish the black money in circulation

now kindly tell me what to do ???
as i am left with only wire transfer or if someone has connections in india i can deposit cash in their account and they can make online payment for me ......this would be some risk to take also i guess and faith in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]

pogzee - Thank you for the clarification. You just may need to get advice from a bank/financial representative in your country for proper direction. You have some heavy restrictions on outward remittance in your country. Way above my pay scale. (LoL)

when reaching last stage of payment ....the grand total is shown as 398$ instead of 248$ ...........now what is the problem???
