Amazing..The crowd I'm surrounded with have no idea about P.E they will never try it even if I share the " secret" of getting bigger. Yep I have felt the same way i just don't want to be around people sometimes. By the way wonder how SIM is doing,hope that brother is doing well..Hard working smart and creative. What he did for the forums is remarkable.

Most men wanna be bigger, but they're too shy to listen on how to become bigger. Most people I tell about penis enlargement, get really stiff, and they say something like, I don't need that, I am huge. But in reality, they do wanna get bigger But they just don't have the confidence to get there. The men that have started doing this have grown and made great accomplishments.
 
Once I see the 8x6" the 9 and so on life will hit different a different way to see the world and the human body,every session is a small step towards gains..each session is magic 🪄

I'm not sure when I'm going to get the cylinder I bought. I want to have a girth routine whit the manual exercises.. How long a girth exercise can get me gains for, before it becomes useless?

Besides I have been doing the LM bundled stretches.. I think I should continue for the next two months..id like to add an extra exercise too.. I want to get massive this coming year. I'm thinking about routines for the whole next year..

What's the average lifespan of a P.E. routine before it comes ineffective??. This coming year will be the year of Gains...I want to be a living testimony that P.E. really works.. Nothing and no one should get in the way to get bigger.. I know your prayers and MOS bros support is key here..🔥🙌🙏.

said it very well in his post about things do slow down after certain sizes. However, cellular turnovers do take a bit more time after specific growth phases. A person goes from 4in to 5in in girth will take less time for the rest (turnover) for the cells to resume plasticity modeling than the person that already went from 4in to 5in, 5in to 6in, and 6in and beyond. Multi-stages cause thicker tissues, and turnover will need more time to deal with various thicken tissues.

PE is literally lifetime growth. There is no stop. It may be little at a time, but it continues into the 70s, and 80s. It all dependent on your overall health.

Exactly on point. Penis enlargement should be a lifetime commitment even after you make your goals. This does not need to be aggressive but just simply working out one time a week after you've made your goal. We'll keep your penis in very good condition

Ok the tissues the "girthier" and longer the more it takes the cells to recover..right?,let's say mine aren't as thickened just guessing..they have gone back to normal, because I have taken breaks etc..

Bundled stretching is key to "Break"and deform the tunica , pulling out the inner penis is key too(Penis Base stretching).

This means that an exercise, routine never stops giving results, What happens here is that gains slow down due to the celullar turnover mentioned above?

Although I would like to find out if I can get to 9x6" BP by the end of 2026.. what a challenging objective ...Besides the time invested in a routine plays a very important role here too..

Yep cementing gains that's another story if I want to gain 2 inches I should aim for another half an inch..both girth and length..Loosing girth can happen too is that correct? I remember having girth Mityvac sessions and the penis looked girthy..It's been like a month maybe more since the last time I used the pump

We'll get back on the horse and start training again with your pump. Just be sure to follow the SRT and the 5x5x3

Your assumption and response are correct. The suggestions remained with the elongation processes. I know you don't like to add heat, which is fine. But your post exercise elongation and even all day elongation requirement at 1.1lbs go 1.2lbs is a must. Breaking down the tissues and force stretching them is the primary approach. But your hard gains are due to the lack of elongation time under tensions. Keep at it for growth.

Both after routine and any time you have available.

You mean traction strength, or force used by the elongation device (extender/stretcher), wrap, or simple holding your penis all day long.

The pull strength you are assuming is the Length Master or manual pulling during stretching exercises. It's also traction force, but for exercises/routines. We should refer the semi-active stretching for all day long as the common extender, stretcher, or wrapping traction force/load/strength/pull. Otherwise, we'll confuse the hell out of ourselves.
 
Ok expressive stretching is going as far back as possible in order to pull the inner penis out.?

For the semi active I can use a silisleeve or wrapping..
 
Yep. Expensive stretches can go as far out and as much as you can. It's very little stress for the penis in the entire processes.

Cool I was thinking about the new routine I think Mike is right basically doing the SRT .. for the next 12 weeks😅. I was supposed to get the Mityvac cylinder today... 😆 I'm almost sure it's going to be a long wait... (Hope not)
