How to tell it's on properly?

Hi new here!

Was just wondering how you can tell the silistretcher 2 is on properly? Am I supposed to be feeling some form of stretching? I can only feel some light discomfort but I think that's natural considering how my penis is wrapped in a bunch of stuff.

You should apply as much intensity as possible. You should feel the stretch throughout your entire penis
 
Any tips on how to do this? Currently got it around my calves muscle. Its very intense, but I can barely walk around with it on like this.

Move it up until you are mobile with a decent stretch
