how to measure a curve , bend ?

Hi Everyone,
I was wandering what is the best way to measure a curve/bend? I have read ways of using a protractor drawn on a piece of paper, then you place your penis over it and note the angle. Another was to measure along both sides of the shaft, from the pubic bone to just below the head.

Are there any other ways? These 2 seem ok, i prefer the protractor method. Seems more accurate. The only problem i can see with it is maybe lining the base of your penis in the same place every time to take a measurement, because a little to the left or right and you could add or minus a few degrees or perhaps im just over thinking this part.

Any thoughts on this?

either use a stiff ruler and bend your penis straight (may only work if you have a slight curve), use a piece of string and measure that, or just get a cloth measuring tape that seamstress's use.

Im trying to find a way to measure the curve itself.

I use one hand to straighten my penis, and use the other to measure. This is how I measure my curved penis.
