How to enhance Erectile Quality ?

We normally don't think about a well-rested body that helps with erection quality. Stress hormone tends to cause our body to go out of control. Emotional and psychological imbalance causes our hormones to be out of balance, creating a neurological toxic or fluctuating state, causing the erection quality to drop.

Before everything else, we have to find the reason why our erection quality dropped. Brother @saynow, I believe we have multiple discussions about your paranoia personality with history of schizophrenia. Have you check with the doctors about the hormonal level checks already? If you haven't, we're going to play a guessing game all day long on what needed to be done.

can kegel be done by contraction the penis ( trying to move it for 1 second then relax for second ) like flexing muscle

Make sure your bladder is empty, then sit or lie down. Tighten your pelvic floor muscles. Hold tight and count 3 to 5 seconds.
Relax the muscles and count 3 to 5 seconds.
Repeat 10 times, 3 times a day (morning, afternoon, and night).

Do it repeatedly up to 30 times everyday. This thjg is very easy to do.
We should be keggling every moment of the day.I do thousands of them while i'm training. There's nothing better than having a incredible erection strength.
