Go for five minutes for the first few sessions you can do five 1 minute sets. As time progresses we can add to this.

No, DLD bends there is a rolling movement when doing them. Just checked out the video in the AV section of the member site at www.mattersofsize.com/access. There is a video there that shows three different views.
