Ok, to increase size of erection do i need to stretch it in an erect state or in a flaccid state?

Flaccid stretching is what will bring erect and flaccid length gains. Erect stretching will help with bringing you bone press flaccid stretch length to same size with your bone press erect length.

Do both. 10 mins of erect stretches is ideal daily.
