i am currently on a plateau, the last few months. right now im hanging for an hour a day followed by 30 minutes manual stretching. i have a good feeling about the combination. i'll keep you posted.
Some of us gain slow and steady and we dont notice small gains. Alot of guys may be unhappy at the speed of gains and just call anything a plateau. Take that into consideration when others answer this question.
A plateau can be as long as you keep doing the same exercise that made you plateau. Nowadays, people who understands PE know when to stop chasing length and switch focus to girth.
If you are using a length master and you are a newbie, here is how to make consistent gains all through the 12 months. Change your length master exercise every 90 days. Do 3 set of 20 minutes session daily of same exercise.
You can do 2 set if you are short on time. Follow this guide and you will gain nothing less than 2.5 inches in 12 months.
