How long do we have to stay in an expanded state after exercise?

Lawl? i finally figured it out. I think i stretched the ring a bit, but also now that I’m doing 5x5x3 I’m not all bloated and getting it on and off is going better. I’ve had it one for several hours tonight in 30 minute increments. Unbelievable expansion. I suddenly believe in myself. Length gains seem a little stagnant but i know sometimes it’s fits and starts so I’m not getting discouraged. I value girth gains more anyhow but i want both. Anyhow, thanks everyone for the support, I’ll be strapping into the silistretcher for the first time tomorrow morn
 
How long after exercise do we have to stay in an expanded state? I just started training again this week. After a couple hours in the silistretcher I then do 5x5x3 followed by DLD hardcore stretches. I go into duro rings for about and hour then I go back into the silistretcher for an hour or so. Is that enough time in an expanded state for healing? How long do I have to be in an expanded state after exercise?

IMO, it all depends on how long you want to stay expanded after your girth session. 30mins is the minimum time that is recommended to wear a cock ring to help you stay expanded. But if someone is focusing mainly on girth, the best thing to do is to always remove the cock ring after one hour, get in some SSJ for about 10mins and put the cockring back on. Repeat the process for as long as possible. You can do this for over 6 hours or more as long as you are paying attention to blood circulation.
