I don't get sore (idk if that's supposed to happen it IS a muscle), all I feel is the contractions and I guess I'm doing RKs right I don't even know. Its frustrating.
You should feel it when your PC is sore. Just do some intense squeezes (for 5 sec or more) and it should work. . Plus, you can try the 5 minute kegel, which sure gets me kinda exhausted. Just try to squeeze as hard as possible and not let go for entire 5 minutes.
