I find wrapping a pain in the ass at work . I need somthing that will like auto sleeve kinda thing to keep me stretched but comfortable at work

i have read on other pe sites (i wont mention names) that some people mold their own silicone sleeves. I not sure how its done or if it costs a lot of $$$ but it would make life easier to experiment with new ideas and save some $$$ instead buying new sleeves etc from sites all the time.
