Hole on my Xtreme X9 handball part

Yesterday during my last 5 minutes pumping set, the handball that pumps out water from the Xtreme X9 pump developed a leakage that quickly turn into a big hole. I had to use my mouth to suck out the water from the handball part to complete my session.

Does anyone have the bathmate hudromax xtreme pump handball part that they are no longer using?

Does bathmate sell the handball part separately?

Has anyone ever had this kind of problem?

It's a common problem when the hand bulb is cast in a mold, where plastic hotspots occur. Plastic is never uniform. There are always hotspots where the plastic layer is either too thick or too thin. A bit of plastizer, acetate glue, and a small flexible plastic layer to bond with and it work just as great. Since the materials may not be in your country, look for alternatives. I use cold-vulcanize cement glue and a tire patch. Works like a charm.
