GH takes a long time to build relatively sparce muscle. You've got to run it for months and it's very expensive.
I would think twice before starting AAS too. Unless you've already gained a lot natural. If not, it's all about DIET.

great post your right. I know all it will take is some soy protein (allergic to other) some monohydrate creatine, tuna, wild rice, chicken breast and some hard dam work.. People and doctors argue that the HGH is digested before it can be absorbed by the body hence making it worthless. So even though it is legal in the oral manner I wouldn't take it. I am 22 yrs. old and am 6ft. 215-220lbs. and have 4% bodyfat. I played Division I baseball and was also recruited to play football by Division I programs. I do have good genetics but all I have ever taken for supplements is : multivitamin, protein whey, Creatine Ester (doesn't bloat like regular creatine monohydrate), Fish Oil, ZMA. I eat extremely well and follow a strict diet. I lift 4 days a week and do cardio 2-3 times a week (high intensity sprints). It does help that I have good genetics and a high metabolism but alot of people look at steroids or other dangerous drugs or supplements to get big or lean when all it takes is a little hard work and dedication and some simple but yet very effective supplements. I recently graduated from college but continue to lift and eat right b/c it makes me feel good and gives me alot of energy. Also the hard work and dedication that you do to make yourself look good and feel good also follows you and sticks with you in other aspects of life. So just be smart about supplements and work hard and eat right and you will see results.
