most hgh sprays are scams, they just amino acids that will increase the production of hgh. but with the little amount of aminos u get in the bottle will produce very poor results, look for proper ingredients such as deer velvet. iv heard somtropin is a good brand although i have not checked this out. try oral l-arginine akg, l-lysine, lorthinine and gaba are a really potent combernation you can take orally to boost hgh by up to %700 also alot cheaper. exercise and high protein diet also really help. better still get synthetic injectable hgh
