I jelq for two to three seconds then add a long, very intense downward stretch for another two to three seconds.
I don't count the stretches nor do I cound the jelqs. I just do them for as long as it's comfortable, (and sometimes even uncomfortablel). My sessions last for anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours. If I lose track of time, (a kind of self-hypnosis), I may go for even longer.
