Help! intense routine needed...

We can definitely put a routine together or send you in the direction of a great routine but as Red asked, what do you have Mike in the way of devices? How much time do you have to dedicate over the day? Making a 2 inch gain can happen in six months or it can happen in five years it really depends on the routine and the effort you put into it. What us know the answers to these questions and we will help you out my brother.
 
I own a pump and a hanger. I feel more comfortable doing manual stretches but I enjoy hanging as well. I have around 2 hours per day. I'm not in a rush to gain those 2 inches of length,but I'd like it if I was able to reach 10-10.5 inches bpel within a year or so.

OK this routine will be SRT-based and it will be pretty hard-core but if you follow this gains will come very quickly.

As with all routines start with 5 minutes of Bundled Stretches to prestretch the Tunica.

ADS progressively intense stretches
Set one: wear extender at a light setting
Set two: increase intensity to a moderate level
Set three: increase to a heavy setting
Set four: increase to max intensity

Get back into your ADS for remainder of day available.

Angular Stretching Sets 1 set each
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Testical Health Massage and Stretch
With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. This will also aid you in any kind of early warning signs of testicular problems.

Kegel Routine
100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hol for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete

I don't own an extender. this routine is what I was doing before. need something more intense especially on the length

I don’t know how much more intense you can go without equipment. I suggest you get either the Lengthmaster or the SiliStretcher to bring the intensity your body needs. If if you’re putting in all this effort without making changes I will say that you have a pretty tough penis and it will require much more intensity and the only way to do that is to introduce a tool.

Sounds like what is referred to as internal penis being pulled on, you can keep doing what you're doing with the routine i.e. stretching inside while pumping, or throw into the mix

Red is correct, internal penis being brought out through expressive stretching. What do you want to do about the length portion of your routine?

can anyone suggest an intense routine that will help me gain 2 inches in length and 0.5-1 inch in girth??

I remember you were complaining about being stuck at 8 inches length and 6 inches girth a few years ago. if you have been consistently doing a solid routine, you should have gotten passed 6 inches girth by now and 8 inches length. Report back let's work together brother.
