Healing in an extended state manually?

Does anyone know, based on your personal experience, the best way to heal in an extended state manually after a length routine? To cement those gains?
 
Although I have never done it that way, you can wrap your dick. There is a forum here on this board that explains multiple techniques to wrap it.
 
The least expensive method would be ACE or SiliSleeves the best way to heal elongated would be the SiliStretcher.
 
You will need a ACE bandage wrap

In a completely flaccid state, starting at the base, start to wrap . Once you get the first or second wrap you will no longer need to support the base. Now, as you continue to wrap , stretch your flaccid penis as far as you can. With each wrap you will find that your penis will become longer and longer until your final wrap , just below the glans. When properly wrapped your penis will be your erect size (maybe even a bit longer) This was one of my first Penis Enlargement exercises I made up. I used it for months with very good results in my flaccid size. For me, I would rewrap every half hour to ensure good blood flow but after a half hour the stretch was not as solid and this gave me opportunity to tighten it up. You may be able to go longer but I am really paranoid about blood flow to my penis.

whenever I'm sitting on the couch or laying in bed, I trap my shaft between my thighs in a 'between-the-cheeks' kind of way. I can feel a slight pull/stretch in my suspensory ligaments and I remain fully elongated while being 'hands-free' (it's also stealth enough to accomplish this in 'mixed' company :))
 
Whenever you sit do a lazy ass stretch, why not?

Get yourself a thick bandage and wrap your penis with it after your length master session. Make sure you are not wrapping too tight though.
