Have anyone had swelling their testicles?

Hi guys,

I need your advice as I have ongoing concerns with my penis. I can't be able to get the full erection as I couldn't feel the blood flow to my penis. All I could feel that something is like bubbles on the bottom of the penis next to the public hair.

The testicles will start to lift up and swells against my penis when I go to toilet, run when I play football or when I sit on a soft chair. My penis will start to pull back when my testicles swell, it will make it looks like that someone have kick on my testicles or make it looks like I have testicle cyst. I have no pain so far, but i only get is the swelling. It looks so awful, I have attached the pics for you to look and I need your advice to see what I would need to do, whether if it would be possible to treat it myself or if I need to go and see the urology.

Do I have a venous leak? If not what type of condition I have?

If you have had that same problem as I have right now, I would be very interesting to see your comments.

I don't really notice any swelling from the pictures you posted. However, if I were you I would go seek a medical professional, and just because you don't feel pain doesn't mean there isn't a problem!
