Funny how I'm not the only one listening to something useful before, during, and after sleeping. I use the reading materials (with synthetic voices) to dictate info while I do other things, even when I reply to MOS posts. Good informative white noises that can put anyone into deep sleep in 20 minutes.My sleep has been going well. I get 7 hours of sleep and if I wake up to use the bathroom, I grab my headphones and listen to a guided NSDR to take advantage of deep rest.
