P.S.S. I think the real game changer was putting the Siliring at the base. I got this idea from a post on MOS (I don't recall which post and I know that I did see it on MOS).

In addition to seal that I was able to obtain at the different pressures was insane. I will definitely keep this new protocol in my tool kit!

Inspirational man! I love a great comeback story! And I too am in my 50s and have been diagnosed with low T. I will tell you THIS much though! If you can get to a urologist and get them to give you a script for Clomid you will be GOLDEN! I promise you….that is IF you have low T of course!
 
Dorsal nerve kink and cut off based on expansion level. Ever see a noose, wire, or cable wrapped around a growing tree trunk? The SiliRing is flexible to expand, but when the ring is too tight, it can cut into the dorsal nerve and blood vessels. Kinking of dorsal nerves because the internal tissues expansion and external pressure influence can accidentally cause a blunt trauma, like a cable on the expanding tree trunk. This is just the worst case scenario. The other one is tissue malformation, where the tissues get damaged on one side, causing the penis to skew, or lean, to one side. We don't see this often because the brothers are not reporting in, but it does happen quite commonly. Just something to be aware of.

Welp I planned to do the SizeGenetics for 4 hours however my wife needed me to help her with technical issues with her phone and with the Bluetooth in her car so that plan was killed.

I went ahead and did the wrap instead. Truth be told, the SizeGenetics can be rough to wear when trucking. I may just do the SizeGenetics on the weekends instead.

And other news I have a Gua Sha which I bought from the HSA store which was surprising that they had one in stock. I used the tool while using the Lumebox before bed.

Today was a challenging training time because the water pumping just did not want to work correctly.

I was going to just do the ssjs and my God's grace I remember that I can do air pumping.

This was good to shock my body because I have been using water pumping for numerous weeks now.

I was very pleased with the results and was very tempted to walk out nude in front of my wife to let her look at the thickness and entice her. 😍

Can you explain what you mean by pulse during your sets?

Glad you were able to push through and get in a great session. It's always a great feeling to look down after a good session and think Wow! that's me hanging there, I got to show this off!
 
What I mean by pulse is going up a pressure then going down rapidly or staying at the pressure for a brief moment then doing down to a lesser pressure.
Love how you put the dynamic pressurization into play. More and more of us are seeing the benefits of dynamic pressurization and stretches.

As much as it pains me to say this I agree with Hink about the ease of use with air pumping.

I was able to get my training in without the fumbling with filling up the tube, making sure that I had enough water, and then iI fill up the water trap, I'll have to stop and restart.

So reluctantly I will be going back to air pumping simply because of ease of use.

I think I may have mentioned this before... I am using the force multiplier of red light and near infrared light while pumping by shining the light on the tube. I will see if this will increase benefits and I'm sure it will because of all the positive benefits that red light brings.

And I must admit that I understand why a lot of men want to have fillers injected into their lingam because having a girthy lingam all the time feels amazing.

Interesting trend of non-morning woods. Psychological impacts for the few days before and during the morning wood beside the sleep reduction?
 
When in doubt, reset. Go back to the stages and the same supplement loading during the period of high free testosterone production once you find the unique lull in the drop of the free testosterone. Review all the dietary, psychological, emotional, and stresses you've encountered in the past few weeks. This is way too strange of a stray.

My morning erections are doing extremely well. They range from 4 to 4.5 out of 5.

In addition to the tunica scraping I also do the gua sha on the other sides of the lingam and I also do the pelvic area (usually before bedtime is when I do the pelvic area).

My sleep has been going well. I get 7 hours of sleep and if I wake up to use the bathroom, I grab my headphones and listen to a guided NSDR to take advantage of deep rest.

Lastly James Nestor, who is the author of the book "Breath", suggested from a podcast interview that if one holds their breath for 30 seconds, the body can release growth hormone (based on scientific studies).

I have been experimenting with breath holds while I sit in front of the Lumebox after flossing or when I finished brushing my teeth.

Bro, can I ask how old you are? Seems like your methods are starting to work for you. You went from no morning wood to practical puberty!
