"You are taking too long in the bathroom."

These are the dreaded words that any PE husband does not want to hear.

And this happened to me today so now I am in solution mode.

My wife said that she wanted to go to the bathroom and I was in there doing PE.

I share with her that she can always knock on the door and tell me that she needs to pee and then I can get out.

I've even explained to her before why I'm in the bathroom long because I'm doing PE and it's like she has forgotten that.

So I may have to retool my routine or just rely on SizeGenetics.

I'm open to suggestions on how to get the most effective workout in the shortest time possible so there won't be any bathroom conflicts. 😢

I gave up on that ages ago. I simply told my wife and kids, I'm doing my own things in my room. Enter at our own sanity.
 
Hm. What happened in the couple of days? Sleep may be a factor, but what happened overall?
 
Yep. When I use water for pumping, I have a nice little insulated container for slightly hotter than warm water. Cold water, plenty after the first batch of water cooled down.

I di everything around my bed. Easier to do poses while using the Length Master. Pumping is more comfortable on the bed.

You can try to go to bed an hour early or/and 1 hour late. This is what I did and it helped with my training

In light and my wife's comment yesterday I went ahead and did a shorter session.

I did not warm up because I was thinking the warm water would automatically warm up the tissues so I didn't do any bundle stretching or any expressive stretching.

I just went into the tube did my 5 minutes and then did my 5 minutes of ssjs (bundled).

Surprisingly I had fairly decent expansion even without a warm up.

So we will see I will adjust accordingly and do my very best that's all I can do.

PS my morning erection return! It could be that I did a combination of the size genetics while shining the Lumebox for 12 minutes while using the SG before I went to bed.

Or it may have been that my lingam was adjusting to unlock new growth which could be the reason why I didn't have any erections for 2 to 3 days.

Or it could be the combination of collagen plus magnesium that I'm taking.

Yep. Warm and hot water will do the trick in priming your tissues during the pumping process. Those who use air, warming up the tissues through SSJ should be sufficient. After a good shower, that's plenty of transferred enthalpy energy from the water to the skin and tissues. Your tissues should be very malleable at this point.

Good combo. I normally do the cock ring and red light during post pumping period. At times with my SiliStretcher or wrap based on how beat up my glans is after the routines.

May be. There are strange weeks where the erection can suffer due to unique fatigues. This also can be a transitional phases where the cellular fortification comes into play where weakened tissues are being repaired to make denser tissues. It happened to during my 4th month coming back to PE, as the tissues transitioned into explosive growth phase, and my erection quality took a nose dive down to 60% for a few days.

Magnesium should assist with muscle relaxation and healing. It does play into refortifying your tissue growth. In a sense, it does affect erection quality control by means of assisting with muscle healing. It just shut down your erection to get the repair going faster. But that the same time, I'm thinking that you may have an imbalance of bioavailability on some components as your body directed the resources elsewhere. Stresses do rob your body of bioavailable components very fast, such as Vit D, free testosterone, magnesium, iron, and many other resources mainly for the heart, brain, liver, kidneys, and muscles.
 
Heat should always be used pre-pe. UT should also be used after

Today I did contrast water pumping with no breaks between sets. The expansion was so-so. My lingam felt malleable after pumping so it was ripe for SSJs.

I timed my training and with no breaks between the pumping...I clocked at 27 minutes.

But wait...you may be asking, "Didn't your wife say that you take too long in the bathroom?" 😤

Oh contraire mon frere... I spoke to my wife about why I'm in the bathroom as a reminder about doing PE and I apologize if I did not explain the purposes of PE to her. She responded that she understood because she knows that I'm in trucking and the danger of me sitting for a long periods of time. I share with her that if she ever needs to use the bathroom really bad she can always knock on the door and let me know and I'll be happy to accommodate. We both agreed and everything is fine now. ❤️

The other curious observation I have made is that during sexy Sunday, I am beginning to wonder if she is actually noticing any improvements at all in my size. I think I am 7.4 by 5.6 and she is taking it like a champ with no response. 😳

I'm curious just how larger I can get until she begins to tap out or there are signs of discomfort or sexual pleasure cues... I guess time will tell.

Maybe if I reach the mythical 8x6 then I may see something different.

I decided to dust off the 5x5x3 since I am doing a workout that is only 27 minutes I was thinking what is the extra 3 minutes so I might as well do the 5x5x3. Duh. 😂

The expansion due to the pressure and the contrast water temperatures was out of this world! 🌍

I think the next time I do the 5x5x3 I will start with 10 Hg , 7 Hg, then 8 Hg.

Happy 4th of July!

This was the best length training yet! I even threw in DLD blasters with the LengthMaster.

I did the blasters during cranks too. If I felt a tight spot, I would concentrate on the area a bit before continuing cranking.

Definitely 5 star training! ⭐

P.S. The other bonus is a paid day off for the holiday. Thank you, Lord!

The power of CO2 gas from sparking mineral water. I used the water for my cold pumping and the gauge had a tough time staying at 7HG (probably due to the CO2). I know you may be asking..."Why CO2?"
