Once you feel comfortable with the Size genetic for 3 hours, with no discomfort, push for 1.5 hours more. Remember to push the springs to max traction force when you can, which is near or on the last compression tick mark for 2.4lbs. The growth starts at 1.4 to 1.8lbs. Magic starts at 2.3 to 2.5lbs.

Brilliant training today and I took a chance by pumping with no sleeve on! I made certain to lube before I entered the chamber.

In hindsight, this may have been the reason why I had a skin tear a few months back.

The results were rather positive and I will continue to explore this option in the future!

I've noticed that the tick marks do not bury into the spring when I tighten it.

Although I do visibly see my penis stretch when I tighten. 🤔
 
Hm. Did it update the design for you unit? Odd. If it doesn't compress completely but you can still add another segment into the extension rod, go for it. Don't use the adjusting wheel for the extension base. I learned the hard lesson that it will bend if it's more than 0.25in exposed. I simply use extension segments, be 0.25in, 0.5in, or a full 1in.

Take your time to understand the extender. My suggestion is to press the base onto the food scale to truly under the compression traction force. New springs tend to be a bit stronger and higher in traction force from the compression. Know how much compression generate the requires traction force.

Hello friends,

The rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated. 😂

I am still around and I have a new trucking route which is full of activity so for me to update has been and will be a challenge.

Just to let you know that by the grace of God, I am still having morning erections and I am using the SizeGenetics as much as possible.

Yesterday I did approximately 3 hours and I had to release the strap because I think due to slippage.

However when I got home from work in the morning I remembered what my life coach said in regards to maximizing your minutes so what I did is I put on the SizeGenetics before getting ready to take a shower, brushing my teeth and then I took it off before the shower.

Today (May 7) I had a goal to do 4 hours of SizeGenetics and I have 37 minutes remaining.

On the side note...today was supposed to be manual stretch day however I figured that I would just do the SizeGenetics instead and plus my wife was hungry for lunch so I didn't want to hold up my lunch with the family by me being in the shower doing my manual stretches.

I started off with high tension and when I started to feel uncomfortable I went ahead and released tension and just wore it as a extender with no tension at all.

Then when that became uncomfortable I went ahead and took it off. I have 37 minutes left for today however I am being flexible and I may wear it when I get to home or when I have the time available.

I'm learning that process is primary and to enjoy the journey.
 
PS after watching hinks video about common penis injuries I am making an executive decision to stop doing kegels during pumping just to be on a safe side and instead I would do kegels on stretching days.

And I mean doing the kegels when I am not doing the manual stretching or even the extender.
 
I have a Himalayan salt massage stone that I can use again (I dropped out of the habit of doing this). The massage recommendation you made reminds me of BD's tunica scaping concept:

I follow BD on Rddt and have been doing the tunica scraping before pumping and it’s great.

Also be careful with that noose extender. BD and Hinks warns against them. Vac extending with a cup would be a lot safer and better. You’d be able to go up in tension without the fear of the noose digging into your penis and messing up your nerves.
