so im kinda thinking about doing the hanging thing.
any body know whats the best hanger/routine to go by?
and also from any experienced hangers reading this, do you mind telling me what sort of gains you have gotten from hanging?
length,girth, time, weight......
and any other advice/pointers would be great
oh btw does swinging the weights in a anyway while your wearing them help?
