I am able to post, so I hope I can update. I had it around 9:00 tonight. Ambulance came at like 9:05! Bless them! They are doing a whole bunch of stuff I do not understand. So many tests and blood samples! Please pray that I can make it back home with my family❤

Sorry to hear the news but you’re going to be ok. Will keep you in my prayers Mike. How are you doing today? Any updates from the testing? Were they able to stent the blockage or still evaluating?

Thank God for 911 and all The Emergency professionals!! Gotta keep our Fearless Leader's ticker, ticking! You've been given a gift many don't get (a second chance...actually, probably a 3rd or 4th :)) Heed their advice! We still need you around and you've got too much work left to do

Today with technology and science, heart attacks detected on time leave almost no damage in the heart. What is extremely important though is the lifestyle changes that come after. HOWEVER, NOT THE CHANGES ADVISED BY ALLOPATHIC DOCTORS. An allopathic doctor or MD will only be useful at the moment of the heart attack. That is what an allopathic doctor is for. Trauma. Accute conditions. For chronic symptoms or chronic diseases, the MD or allopathic doctor IS NOT the correct specialist since they have no training nor knowledge of nutritional science which is the root cause of chronic diseases.

I lost my dad to heart disease and I have learned for years everything I need to know to prevent repeating history.

Praying to the Gods to keep you with us for eternity physically on earth.
 
Hope for a speedy recovery. Talk to a nutritionist about your diet .

Talk to someone about the experience. Stuff like this is scary, but remember to talk about it . Don’t bottle it up or you’ll stress yourself out.

And remember you yourself have the will power to do anything. Sometimes it’s not even health related. Sometimes you just need a push to feel alive and ready to get back to life activities.
