Got injured pumping, need some help

I've been pumping fairly regularly for the past 3 months and aside from just some ruptured surface blood vessels (which go away after two days), I've managed to avoid injury.

Until last Wednesday. I decided to pump with a rubber cock ring at the base of my penis and everything seemed fine until the next day when I noticed some pain.

I now have what feels like a rigid circle of tissue on the top of my penis just before my head which hurts and I can feel a cable-like strand from the base of the penis all the way down to the head which hurts a lot, mostly when I get hard.

I'm assuming this is a ligament that I'm feeling, possibly part of the suspensory ligaments. Any idea if this is permanent? Should I go see a doctor?

I haven't pumped since then so I'm definitely taking a break.

Welcome to the brotherhood brother.

Looks like you've developed a pinched or frayed nerve from the high pressure during pumping. It's becoming more a common theme nowadays due to the suggestions from other forums that disregard safety in mind. I didn't want to voice out in the other forums any more as too many avid pumpers vouched for something they've conditioned for, and now, the rookies are taking the challenge on and injured themselves so often, urologists have created a consensus to promote a campaign to cease all extreme penile pumping activities as they did with the cable clamps in the past. Injuries to the penile pumping activities are rising at a 1000% throughout the world. If you can, please send the same messages to the other forums you've came across to tell them the same message I'm telling you now.

Most pumpers don't understand that it takes between 4 to 9 months to precondition your penis to reach a specific pressure condition limits before you can create a secondary restrictive pressure backflow. What the crap does that means?

In the beginning, you MUST condition your penis to sustain and maintain a low to moderate pressure. Low pressure common starts around -4inHg (notice the negative pressure to indicate the pump pressure), which is roughly 0.5inHg above the normal healthy penile erection internal pressure. A few healthy males can go as high as 4.5inhg (notice the positive pressure value). Some rare individuals can go as high as 5inHg for their internal pressure. Moderate internal penile pressure starts around 5inHg. As you pump, you are adding to this moderate pressure, and slowly, EVERY SLOWLY, increase the internal pressure to train your internal blood chambers (the corpus cavernosa) to get pliable enough to take on the new pressures. This is especially true for your nerves and blood vessels as well.

When you follow the crazy plans that other forums came up with, where you pump as hard and as fast as you can, exceeding -6inHg, and slap a constrictor ring (to completely stop the blood from leaving) and not a restrictive ring (to slow down the blood from leaving the penis), you're essentially creating a death sentence for your penis by overloading the penile tissues with trapped high pressured blood volume. Your chambers can expand to 2.2 times the volume without preconditioning before the tissues start to blister, but your nerves and blood vessels cannot! The nerves will fray and splay as low as -5.5inHg. You are literally tearing and mangling the nerve branches like a piece of raw meat with your canine.

The good thing is, that your nerve and blood vessels will heal over time. No matter if you go to the urologist or a specialty doctor, they can only tell you a few things:
Just know it's not ligament damage, but it's a nerve damage. It will heal, but it's uncertain how long it will take unless you have the time and health insurance to check in with the urologist to see how bad the damage may be. Worst case scenario, they only shove you with pain killers to numb the nerves like carbamazepine, gabapentin, lamotrigine, pregabalin, or something similar. They may shove you anticonvulsants and antidepressants to dull the nerves, and "may" promote nerve repairs.

If your body does not reach a healing status or some kind of healing trend in 5 to 10 days, you know you have some serious dorsal nerve damage from a high-pressure kink at the base to the tip of the glans. No matter where you are now, keep us posted every few days. This is no longer a joke nor a common development. This is possibly a serious problem in the making and needs to be brought to the attention of other forums as well.

Thank you so much for the reply and all the information. I thought it was a ligament since I can definitely feel something long and hard underneath the skin, like a cable of tissue on the top this is where the pain is coming from.

It's been 5 days and no improvement unfortunately.

Try some 99% purity DMSO. Start with a 50/50 ratio of DMSO to Distilled water. Apply with organic cotton ball or swab liberally twice a day. See if this helps after three days. This isn’t medical advice, just my opinion from personal experience. DO NOT wear any polyesters or other clothing items with synthetics as DMSO will drive anything into the skin. Ensure the penis is completely clean of ANY residual soaps, lotions or otherwise. Completely dry as well. Keep us posted.

You can also use a mixture of Organic Black Seed oil, Organic Jojoba oil and Organic Castor oil. Use thirds. This will also help post PE. I’ll include a pic from my post PE this am with my secret blend I use. It’s fire. Helps to keep the surface reds to a minimum and also penile skin health.

Also, as a side, I also think the DMSO has helped breakdown my extra shaft tissue and work to help the bend correction as I do the erect @DLD curve corrections.

Boy I wish I could get my head to understand it all. @oldandlively is the master of what and what not to use on your penis. But I see that you also have great knowledge to help us understand. I appreciate all the work you are doing in the forum with all your wisdom, you are helping in a big way. May Jesus bless you in all your doing!

Many brothers here are becoming the forefront gurus themselves as they see and experienced the gruesomeness of PE. They are the next generation of PE authorship of what to do and what to stay far away from.

The only one that's gets no soreness is me, :( it's like God himself don't want me to have a big penis.
What God wants is for you to trust in Him. Soreness is not something everyone experiences some feel none at all. Go by your ruler not your soreness.

Update after 3 weeks:

The hard tissue around my head is lymphangiosclerosis which should go away on it's own but can take a while.

Still don't have any answer as to what the hard cable-like tissue is going from the base of my penis to the head. It's still painful, makes an erection painful, and my penis no longer has a downward curvature as it did before, it's more/less straight now.

I have an appointment with a urologist tomorrow but I'm expecting the worst. I may have given myself Peyronie's Disease.

Before we go any further, allow the local specialist offer their medical opinions first. We'll compare notes afterwards. We will pray for the good news over the bad and the diagnosis is temporary rather than anything permanent.

Once we have the diagnosis, we'll proceed from there.

Praying you get some good feedback by the doctor. Oldandlively has made a good point that we should wait to hear from your doctor before giving advice.

is this a good thing for you? Do you want a curve?

Pray for the results to be positive. But have no fear we will stick with you until you have been healed. Doctor will give you good advice. After that we can tackle the rest.

Praying for you in the name of Jesus.

Will update tomorrow. I'm 100% certain this is Peyronie's which really is tragic. Can't believe I did this to myself.

Thank you. I actually liked the natural curvature. Now I've got a curvature to the left which is not something I want.

Looking forward to this!

Correcting a curve is quite easy. Use the DLD bends against the curve until you are where you want to be. You can also correct the bend by using a thin tube while pumping. The tight tube will force your penis to conform your penis to be straight.

Doesn’t sounds like peyronies. Hopefully you aren’t stuck with it for years or life like I am. Just learn that this stuff is dumb.

Update:

It's Peyronies. This is horrible. I'm not even 35 and I've just significantly compromised my sex life for the rest of my life. I'm trying to find the silver lining in all of this but I just don't see it.

I'm having a follow up appointment next week to assess the extent of the scar tissue and recommended treatments.

Peyronie's covers way too many aspects, like ADHD and PTSD. What specifics did the doctor offered as insights based on his opinions.

This is where the meat and potato is. Don't freak out yet. Sonogram or ultrasound scan is needed to know what's going on. Surface level diagnosis is merely based on the patient's descriptions. Lower level scans are needed to make a big picture determination. Subdermal, blood vessels, and nerve scans will be done in details. If you can get permission to snap shots of the scan where the issues lay for historical eval purposes, it would help you in the long run in presenting cases

I described to him what caused all of this. He did an inspection of my penis in the flaccid state and did palpate the hard cable of tissue I'm feeling and given all of that, he said it's Peyronies. Now it's just assessing the extent of the damage.

I don't see what else this could be.

If it is truly peyronies, I suggest you take SerraGold Serrapeptase and you start stretching the penis the opposite side of the place where peyronies takes effect.

What does this supplement do for me exactly? The Peyronies is on the left, shouldn't I stretch on the left towards the right?

Did the doctor observed for specific pulling on the harden palpation on the affected side through a gentle pull during flaccid state, or requested a semi erection to deflate to observe for a non-response of deflating affected side?

Doesn’t sound feasible to get peyronies in one day. Nor does it seem to indicate it’s that.

What else do you think it is? I'm not sure what else would cause these symptoms. It was a very hard pumping session lasting 30mins so there is very clearly an injury and the symptoms all match Peyronies.

@oldandlively I hate my curvature. I want to beautify my penis and make it straight but I cant see to understand how the bends are done.
First, I cant locate the videos!
@kriskros
DLD’s are awesome for erect bends. I have a video instruction I put together for just this purpose. Check mine out as well. It’s basically the same thing. Although not 100% erect, but close. It works!

Yes, my penis used to be curved downwards and now it's more/less straight. It's also bent to the left at the base and I never had that before.

I might as well throw in my portion after you mention this. The straightness from a curvature is not caused by Peyronie's. It caused by snapped tissues. Not scarring but snapped tissue(s). This is why proper period of adoption time during PE is essential. We don't go max strength or routine until there is that adoption of intensity period. It's vital for all types of exercises, not just PE. BUT, hold off here guys. Let the scans offer more info.

Do ask alot of questions and look for possible pre-traumas, such as old scarring, plagues, or stress tears along that left side. But don't just focus on the left side. Also do a quick scan on the right side.

Which tissues have snapped exactly? Other than the corpus cavernosa, there are no tissues in that area that extend all the way from the base to the head.

You should really appreciate the help your given. In one day you got so much more attention that you have shot down. I'm not even sure you want the help. Are you here for attention? What exactly do you want? And if you do not believe in me just go to the many magazines and interviews to get the truth on me. The reason I got to where I am is taking advice from the Brotherhood and the countless hours, fuck that countless years I have been training to get where I am so I do not appreciate your baseless attacks on me and other brothers. We are all here to support one another the best we can. I think you should see a counselor to work out your issues. God bless you in this journey

Who are you addressing this to? I'm simply asking questions, I'm not sure why you're taking offense.

Peyronies is generally plaque /scar . That doesn’t happen overnight
Actually it does happen overnight. Most men have this issue because they missed the hole during sex and caused a break. So overnight. A minority of men have Peyronie’s for other reasons

But it can if it was from a traumatic injury

Peyronie's is not an immediate fracture. It's a post-fracture or trauma that leads to a post damage, scarring, or plague. So, this one specific trauma may lead to Peyronie's.

So, let's all hold off and wait first. We are jumping around screaming like Chicken Little.
