inner tissue grip, had some movement putting pressure on the glans, a day off should sort it out, it (penis) is pretty beat up after a great/intense week stretching, followed by a lengthy sex session.
Just documenting the good and the not so good days.
I completely understand. Sometimes we need strategic implemented rest days. When the penis speaks to us to give it a break we need to listen.

I understand completely. I go through the same thing. This is the reason I believe in high intensity stretching. You don't need to put in as much time, but instead more intensity when you're stretching.

Putting the work in everyday, no issues or success, going as hard as I can, not feeling any great fatigue, feel a bit like I’m just going through the motions.
Maybe it’s time to start pushing that second bundle.

To answer your question: it's actually 5x5x3, it goes 5 minutes slow squash jelq, 5 minutes in a pump of choice, rinse and repeats 3 times.

I think a lenghtmaster is your best bet. You will have so much more power to do specific exercises that will get you excellent growth
