Progress thread Gonna have a good stab at it

I’ve added some tape/padding to the sharp edges/corners this morning as suggested, definitely helped though I do still have a sore spot.

2 sets done, second set managed to avoid the sore spot altogether so it went great.

Also Hydrocortisone finally arrived!
Excellent, the hydrocortizone is such a powerful tool in PE for better skin health. I'm also very happy that your session went so well.
 
it’s made a huge difference to skin integrity very quickly.
And agree it’s a very an important part of a PE tool kit.
Indeed, everybody should have a tube of Hydrocortisone and use it daily.
 
Ended up with a day off yesterday skin is a lot better for it.

Just 2 sets a day this week, second set was great again today best stretch of the week though not optimal.

Got that week out the way,
I did achieve my 2 sets a day, though don’t feel like I achieved anything.
4 sets done today.
It's definitely good to add to your routine if you're not making progress at the level you're at.
 
Didn’t feel it after my 4 sets yesterday,
So went 1.5 B-BTC. (Who knew I actually could)
Felt like progress. Stopped after 2 sets though as didn’t want to have too much skin soreness for tomorrow, I would rather do less and stretch everyday than have days off.
@DLD what’s your opinion on this?
Should I have done 4 sets and made my skin really sore or stretch again tomorrow?

Really enjoyed my workout today, actually stopped after 3 sets as I just felt I’d already had an incredible stretch, literally felt like I was pulling an inch more than last week!

Note, magnesium carbonate and finally got that fan heater out I brought weeks ago 🙄 what a DUMB ASSSS!

Definitely seem to be getting longer when wrapped, wraps been on for 6hrs at this point then I bath and re wrap for another 6hrs.

I read about you intending on potentially using the extender as well. I would personally advise against this as, from personal experience, doing multiple length exercises will lead to too much soreness that will prevent work from being done.
I remember last month I was hanging, extending, pumping, manual stretching, SSj'ing, and even on days when I did 2 of those I was super sore.

I say stick top what you're doing right now and then in the future if you want to do some girth work then add a pump and go from there.

You are correct, at the time I felt I needed to do more, but soon realised it actually meant I wasn’t being productive enough with LM, so I upped my game and have been too sore to use extender.
