Got my work done for today.
Got to page 28 of @Abdiel Bull Berg log so far, your going hard and fast brother, a true inspiration in many ways… can’t wait to get to the end!
If I had stuck at it in march I could have been on the journey to growth with you guys @squirt_inducer_man

You need to teach your mind and body to love the process, relax into the hard and wonderful process. If you only look at the end as a prize, you will not feel content when you get there. We only have this moment. Not past and not the future. We are only living right......NOW.

If you know about Stargate SG-1 it's a TV series and the episode; The Gamekeeper, you will understand the reference.
This Gamekeeper (it was a person) put people in a "game" agains their will. The Gamekeeper thought he could help these people to feel contentment in life by reliving horribly scenarios (it was like a game simulator, but it felt like reality), he said: Now you have the chance to make it right, but there is no retakes in life. We have only this moment. We need to live fully now.

It's a really important concept in life, we can never go back in time an change anything, past does not exist. If you could jump forward in time to get something you desire ...you would not be living. You would be the same person without any experience from getting there.

Really dialled in on my routine today after 10 days.
60 mins total LM DB 1/2 rotation,
gonna go hard with this for 30 days and see where I’m at. Will take measurements today and document ruler results every 30 days (good or bad)

Not managed to get that picture yet I shrink an inch as soon as I go 1 handed.

Especially if you have a banana penis, View attachment 1834161and you need to force your penis straight in line with the wooden ruler.
On the ruler it will always show less then your're true size (can't use a tailors tape). Kinda annoying!

My trick is to use a tripod like this one.

And keep the tripod on my belly, sitting in the bed.
On my first official measurement I taped my phone with Gorilla tape to my head.
So this is also a option.

Yeah. I put my winter cap on and then used the wonderful Gorilla tape, on the back of the phone and around my head.
