Time to update my routine.

Starting stats
BPFSL 6.5
BPEL 6.1

3 months stats
BPFSL 7.5
BPEL 7.0

GOAL
6 week goal to stretch enough temporary elongation or 1/2” (8”)BPFSL to add half a bundle.
12 week goal to stretch enough temporary elongation or 1/2” BPFSL 8.5” to add another half bundle and measure at 13 weeks 10th may before 2 week break.
Measure 8” BPEL 💪

Wrap is, chalk, green theraband , compression bandage, green theraband

15mins NIR with ball and lig stretch
10 mins BTC
10 mins NIR with lig and ball stretch
10 mins BTC
10mins NIR with lig and ball stretch
10 mins BTC
10 mins NIR with lig and ball stretch
10 mins BTC
15 mins NIR with lig and ball stretch
Penis exterminator all sets and fan heater used throughout.

Hydrocortisone 1%

Wrapped with uncle Jim’s 12hrs
Keegle throughout the day

7 days, taking days off when too sore or fatigued to clamp.

And don’t whine to your MOS brothers like a big baby when it’s not going to plan and just take a day off 😂

Cool! Are you spreading out your length sessions through the day or do you do them in one single session?
 
Something I want brothers to try for a really great stretch.

I use PENIS EXTERMINATOR to bundle to the max and I’m very close to 2 bundles but as bundling to the max every day brings skin soreness I use this stretch a lot 👇🏻 this is where I’m at right now 1.5 bundles.

once this stretch starts to fade or I’ve increased my BPFSL enough I go back to PENIS EXTERMINATOR and add another half bundle.
I’ll switch very soon and ramp things up!

5 min holds bundles in each direction.

Damn brother, you’re really «in it to win it». No wonder you’ve already gained a lot with that beast of a routine.

Right now I’m doing my routine in 80-85 mins though will add time as I progress further to a max of 2 hours in one session. If you can do it then I can do it, hopefully.

Hello brothers, apologies for my absence.

My mother was taken very ill 2 weeks ago and was discharged from hospital on palliative care and I went to look after her at her home until she sadly passed on Wednesday 🥲

It’s been zero PE for me but I’m back with vengeance today.

I’ve definitely lost a little but confident I can regain it quickly.

Only 6 weeks until my holiday so I mean business.

💥 Boom.
2 sets penis exterminator, close to 2 bundles which is where I was at, so really pleased.

Didn’t wanna go to crazy so will increase to 4 sets over the weekend 💪

You have have not lost any gains.
You are right on track with your gain progression. I had personally a break on 1 month before, and I was longer after that rest.

So sorry about your mother. My mother is my best support and losing her would be difficult. I am happy you're getting pe in as this will help your grief

Motivation is high, wanna be bigger than ever!!!
just need to get back to a normal routine, back to work tonight so that should help.
