Going from 7'' BPEL to 8'' BPEL... And a bigger flaccid

Set Up-
Going back up to 30 lbs from the jump, i think that because i initially made it up to 30 lbs some years ago, hanging 20 lbs now even after a de-con break isnt worth it. Doing max overload.
Month 1- 30 lbs for 10 min, 3x per day (morning,noon,evening) Total hanging time per day- 30 minutes.

Be cautious but always push the envelope of intensity!

The last run i had was going great for half a month, but i ended up moving to a different city... that was 3 months ago. it does take time to get adjusted, but ive been putting it off ''waiting for the right time'' like ive said before, theres no right time.
Honestly i'm aiming for 9''bpel, but id be fine with 8'', and girth im going for as thick as possible. Wish me luck guys, and i wish you the same.

The MOAB Routine
Been thinking about actually putting effort, PE is all fun and games until you actually want to make gains. The temp gains are cool from pumping and all the other stuff, but nothing beats putting in the work. PERIOD.
Like i mentioned earlier, i've been doing a lot of research into volume and tissue growth, about resting periods, and having multiple stress periods before recovery (sleep)
I don't know if this will work, so just so that it's clear, im not claiming anything, although i don't see how not gaining anything would even be possible considering the sheer amount of work i have to put in. But anyways no, no false claims, no ''this is it'' BS, just me putting my years of experimentation and research into practice.

HANGING- 6 sets per day/ Heavy weight
Each set with at least 1.5-2 hrs rest period in between
Hanging sets each 10min (totaling 1hr of heavy hanging per day)
Starting weight- 30lbs
My weight progression is pretty complex so i won't even bother.

Clamping (ADC)- Between each hanging set i will be clamping non-stop for at least 3 hours a day.

ADS- After my day is done, for the last few hours i will use a home made ADS before bed.

Today is day 1, i'll start with 2 acclimation sets @ 20 LBS

You're 100% correct, we shouldn't take PE as a hobby for fun and just to see if it might work and to play around.
If we really want to reach our goals we have to put in serious and dedicated daily work!

As I've told you personally already via message, I wish you the best with this kind of routine!
Some other people before you already had great success with heavy hanging and shockloading, so there's a big chance it will also work for you (flex)

If you're able to really hang 6 sets per day for 30days you have my full respect! That takes a shitload of dedication and persistence.


Talking about the ADC (all day clamping), which device are you using? Have you built your own unique one?
It would be cool if you could show us a picture of the device or descibe what you're using :)

For the ADC im just using a regular cable clamp like the old times! theyre perfect, with a little wrap!
As for my ADS i made it at home out of a sock, some hair elastics and a shoe string with wrap. XD

Day 1 - Acclimation set
Ok, so i did 2 sets of 20lbs to get things started! I will move up to 30lbs tomorrow (My actual choice in starting weight)
It was a lot easier than i had expected, i thought that this long ass decon break would have led to significant discomfort, but i did both sets with relative ease.
Infact, between the first and second set i decided to throw the 30lbs on for a min to check things out for tomorrow, and it felt fine, im actually worried that might not be enough :/ lol I'm sure it will be.
After the 30lbs i threw on the 50lbs... and it basically felt like it was ripping my dick off withing 3 seconds lol xD
Wrapping was much easier this time around because i didnt rush it, i give myself time to get it right so im not getting all frustrated and impatient having to redo it over and over.
My dick flaccid is already hanging way longer, which is a instant benefit i love about heavy hanging.
So all around good first sets, not foolish enough to believe it will always be this easy, but it was nice to get back in the swing of things without so much trouble as what sometimes happens with hanging.

That's insane, how long are sets for heavy weights? How's it possible to hang 70 with length master but not bib? Thanks....!

I hung 70 pounds for around five minutes to test it. But I was training consistently around the 50 pound mark.
