Hey DLD!Thanks for the response on LOT and stretching. I was just wondering for girth workouts,should they be done to fatigue(since I've read that in various places) and if so how will I know this feeling...I mean what do you look for or have to feel and lets say I do my regular girth workout and I don't feel fatigue,should I add some other exercises or still end that original workout regardless of the end feel? Also basically how much can a person do for girthwork before it becomes overtraining or too much?Please help clarify this for me.Thanks for your continued wisdom.
