Girth exercises while still sore?

So all my girth exercises are pretty intense (that's how i like 'em) and i get major expasion, but i'm usually really sore the next day, and i'm really tierd of this one on one off bullshit, when DLD was training he said he went 7 days a week!
So i was just wondering what you guys thought of training while a little sore?
will it sow gains??:(

I trained through all soreness and aches, the only time I took a break is when there was pain present which was very rare. I hated taking any time off because I felt I wasted time to make gains so I think my threshold for soreness was high. The difference between soreness and pain is soreness is more of a dull aching feeling opposed to sharp shooting feeling.

From my experience, I felt sore whenever I used the bathmate and that's because I was pumping at too high of a pressure. You want to pump at high pressure but it shouldn't be too extreme. If the bathmate pressure is too high, you will be having this soreness daily.

I never experienced this with the mityvac. So the problem could possibly be the pump you are using.

No it's the user. You choose the vacuum yourself, don't blame the pump.
Also don't be afraid of soreness, it just means that you will grow faster. You don't need to do girth work every day. You can do girth work, every other day, 2 days on 1 day rest, or something similar. You need to feel what works for you. But you still need the correct intensity to grow. The intensity I have with my Bathmate® pumps, I do not need to go every day to grow.

This is a very old post, but still relevant to new PE journeymen.

I'm using Bathmate for a few months now, and I pushed the pressure up into the 12 inHg (measured with gauge). I use 5 to 7 days a week. I have to take a few days of breaks because of the active stretching rather than the pumping. I switch to passive stretching (just the tighter penis sleeves alone rather than the active tugging and pulling from the ADS) . No soreness from the pump, but lots of expanding stresses at the glans. This is also true for my old Doc Johnson pump. If it's the soreness, it's more at the base than the penile body because of the vacuumed compression. Even with the thick cushion of a pump donut, the amount of stresses placed on the base is no joke when you start to get into the 15 and 18 inHg. I learned my lesson to ONLY expand at the level where your glans's tissue can handle before the point of micro/mini blistering occurs. When you get a mini blister, it can delay your pumping for a week. Big blisters can put you down between 10 to 30 days. That's too long of a period.

True. It's the user's fault and not the pump. Too high and too hard will cause multiple issues. Soreness is only an indicator that your tissues are under stresses to undergo healing. 3 to 4 days on, 1 day off with passive stretch out/wrapping will cement it even further. While resting, I still have my sleeve on, with a partial constriction at the base to get more blood flow in at 50% to 80% expansion. @squirt_inducer_man does it, I do it, and the results show. My wife noticed it too. She kept on fiddling with me because she noticed it.
