So all my girth exercises are pretty intense (that's how i like 'em) and i get major expasion, but i'm usually really sore the next day, and i'm really tierd of this one on one off bullshit, when DLD was training he said he went 7 days a week!
So i was just wondering what you guys thought of training while a little sore?
will it sow gains??
