girth evening

What's the best way to even out out girth? My base girth is almost a whole inch bigger than girth right before the head. I figure SQJ's and supra slammers would work good, but they haven't seemed to really help. Any others that are good and focus only on the top half of the dick? Also, is there a way to target the CC to make it bigger, my dick is kind of "flat". Thanks

you mean CS, the bottom cylinder.

I think Uli's are probably pretty good for CS expansion.....not sure we have delved too much in to CS workouts.

I'm almost that same way, about 6" at the base, 5.25" at the tip. I'm clamping now, with good results.
