Well guys I am back, looking to get back on a routine and train.
Glad to be back man, I wanna get to that coveted goal of 8x6 , I seem to of lost all my gains so I am starting over.Welcome home![]()
Right now nothing getting ready to get started , I have the LM, and a weight set with hanger. Looking at getting another pump.What gains did you lose? What are you doing for a new routine? I highly recommend SRT
You should consider BTC Bundled Stretches with the LENGTHMASTER (preferably: version 3).
