Geting Taller

hey everyone,

I have been seeing these website on how to get taller ( pills, stretching exersies) I was just wondering if u believe there are ways to get taller with out surgery, Im 18yrs old and 5'6'', Im hoping that I could find some thing to help me grow 2'' by age 21. Has anyone ever tried stuff and experience results, if so please let me know and if there is anyone that thinks it is hopeless and iam washting my time give your option.

Damn, 2'' thats all im asking for.

I would not buy those pills if I were you. They are just a hyped up vitamin. My mother started using one of those inversion tables for her back, and she gained a half inch.

You could try using growth hormone.

I have been think about that, but its expencive and it might cause acne and i really don't need that, cuz Im trying to clear my face up already, but that conversion table sounds interseting, can u get me some info on it?

Yeah, its more like a form of therapy for your back, my mom also owns one. Let me tell ya, i've tried it a few times and it does give a nice stretch to your back, you actually feel a bit taller after being on it for a good 10 min or so. I recommend you pick one up..also i think this topic was already discussed...lemme find the link.

Growth hormone won't cause acne at all. But it is a very serious drug.
