i measured earlier and i have gain 1/8 of an inch first time i have gain in months!!! proper took me by surprise, i was getting sceptic about it but now i have gained again made me so happy.

You probably have broked a plateau now. My tips is to continue intesifiying and stretching and you will continue gaining.
