Does anybody know any type of pump like this at Lowes, Home Depot, or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Ace[/words] Hardware or somewhere where I can attach a similar pump to a Gatorade bottle.

Just buy the damn thing if you're so concerned about building one, lol.
After you are done getting all the parts and putting it together I guaranty it will cost as much, if not more (and that is if you can get the parts) and it will probably be a big piece of shit that you will be pissed with. Check the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] forum everyday, there are the occasional used Bathmates for sale.

They are joint gaiters used to cover ball/socket connections of motorized machines and hold grease to prevent friction and eventually erosion of the moving parts. Also used on motor bikes steering forks.
